Airfare Ideas

Two airports available:  SXM in Dutch St Maarten, and SFG in French St Martin.  The latter is preferred but it is small and seemingly for inter-island hops.

Found
bulletTravelocity - around $700/person SFO to SXM using US Airways on a trip that has multiple connections.
bulletAlso another $700/person  American Airlines with a stop in Miami.

Costs

About  $1400 to $2100 per person  Under age children cost about $200 less.

This is a higher cost than a typical LIG trip as it is proposed as a 10 day trip, not a 7 day trip.

This cost was estimated based on the expected number of people who sign up, the cost of the boat(s) that we have reserved, partial provisioning (the food on board) with additional main course purchases, beverages, bar and a small buffer.  Some items are estimates, and are based on previous cruises.   We usually come in under estimates with only minor adjustments.
