There is generally strong interest in Tahiti and Australia. There is a lot of variation in peoples' optimum timing though. Some interest in Belize. Not all of these choices are best at all times of year. (Click here for more info)

Going sailing May won't work. Perhaps in late June or early July? Definitely in the Fall for some people.
