Destination:  La Paz, Mexico Dates:  Dec 13-20, 2025   (Sat to Sat) Home Base: Costa Baja Marina	This would be the third (and last) time that the LIG sailing would use La Paz as a base. Relatively easier for CA sailors to get to as it is a short flight distance south of the state. Best sunsets on sails that I have ever seen. Full disclosure:  This is one of the more remote and unpopulated sails in our experience. Very few options for land restaurants for example, but pristine and baja beauty. Protected waters sailing.
Cost Estimate:  8 days, 7 nights, boat and board costs $1600 per person, double occupancy	Airfare ideas: The possibilities are to fly to LAP (local airport) or CSD for Cabo, and check out shuttles or busses. We think we can get about $600 from SJC RT pp. We plan to fly and arrive a day early on Friday. Depart nine days later on Sat afternoon.

Sloops and catamarans are available at this location. I prefer a Cat for this trip.

There are several sailing companies to choose from, and a few boats are still remaining unreserved for this time period.

Costs and Deposits  Trip is budgeted at  $1600  per person, double occupancy.  

This estimate is for 8 day/7 night trip.  It includes boat, insurance, fuel, provisioning, beverages, some meals ashore, dock and marina fees, taxes.  It does not include your transport costs to the marina. It does not reflect hotel or travel costs off the boat, nor any air fare.

We can go with as few as 6 people, or as many as 12 with two boats.
